Casey and Eddie had a modern and romantic Rialto Theatre Wedding with succulents and gem tones.
A pretty entertaining email came in one day, she had just been proposed to, they had a lot of wine and she had a nightmare I was already booked so she had to email me right after. This hilarious email came from Casey. I had photographed the wedding of their good friends, Tiffany and Steve, way back when (still one of my favorite weddings ever) and Casey had remembered me from that. The really odd thing is that they emailed and booked me almost exactly a year from the date of their wedding. After they booked me for their Rialto Theatre wedding, I went on to receive several inquiries for the same date (it must have been a popular day!). This doesn’t happen often, probably one date a year, but Casey knew from that premonition nightmare. Ha!
Getting ready happened downtown at Le Meridien Hotel. Lindsay Travis worked her magic with the ladies with her makeup skills. I was completely in love and taken aback by Casey’s Hayley Paige gown from Calvet Couture. We got some really sweet photos of she and her mom… and some funny ones of her friends taping her dress! Eddie had his parents and sister in the room with him. Loved getting some great shots with them as well as some with cool window lighting of him in his Joseph Abboud suit. We hit the road to Rialto Theatre in Tampa Heights for the first look, ceremony and reception. They were so sweet and Eddie was so excited to see her, even though he kept back most of the tears. We also did some cool shots inside a local coffee shop next-door, Foundation Coffee.
Once family photos were complete, we started the ceremony in the theater space. This place is beautiful! It gives me the chills. The greenery arch with the geometric planters and succulents by Florist Fire was amazing! On to the reception, she also did some amazing garland and geometric center pieces for them. DJ Jacob Towe lit up the night with a projected image of flowers on the wall and amazing uplighting. Thank you also to Lynette Roberts for planning, Angie Ritch for officiating, Catering by the Family, Spunky Spirits and Coast to Coast Rentals.
“I’m so happy that I was a part of this huge milestone in Eddie and Casey’s life.” We really want people to be present in the moment and have the time of their life celebrating our love.
